          Classes

          Will be held weekly and it is recommended that students attend a regular weekly class. Each class will run for one to two hours depending on the class and the stage of the student. Intensive’s will also be held and these along with other types of classes will be announced shortly. 

          Students who become members will be able to attend as many classes per month as they choose to do so, as all classes are repeated during the course of a week. Members will also be able to receive discounts on products and treatments from the Fragrant Planet Aromatherapy and Reflexology clinic in the Nicosia, Limassol, Dherynia and Paralimni area. 

          What to wear: Loose clothing and flat shoes, socks or light trainers if possible. It is not recommended to do Tai Chi in bare foot.

          Fees

          Tai Chi and Qi Gong
          €50 per month, payable in advance or €15 per lesson. Nicosia
          €40 per month, Payable in advance or €12 per lesson, Dherynia and Limassol

          Overview

          The Association offers a structured approach and the correct environment for students to learn and study Tai Chi in fullness and for those students who would just like to attend a weekly class, to exercise and meet new people and make friends. The classes are suitable for everyone, who wishes to improve their health, find balance in life , and enhance their existing pursuits, such as sports, dance and overall health. 

          The most popular reason for joining Tai Chi are people looking to learn how to relax and stay healthy at the same time, which is one of the main benefits of Tai Chi. So as you can imagine I am always eager to teach people the true art of relaxation. The Qi Gong exercises are carried out with a combination of sitting down and standing depending on the persons ability. We also offer training to sports people, such as weight trainers, footballers, dancers and athletes. We have put together a special programme to enhance their activities and reduce injuries and speed up recovery time.
